The Christmas Tree - A Short 3D Animation

The Christmas Tree is part of a series called “When in Free Time”, where I revisit all the pages in my old sketchbook to dig for ideas.

This is a short 3D animation. I came across a page with a tree sketch, and an image of a Christmas tree popped up in my head. My initial idea was to make a 3D animation of this Christmas tree. I wanted to experiment with what I could do with the tree using my 3D experience. And this animation came to life. I admit that there is a lot of room for improvement on this project; still, it is a project that I take pride in.
