Plocka is a mobile app designed to reintroduce curiosity into everyday shopping.
How often do we pass by an unfamiliar fruit or vegetable, never once stopping to wonder what it is? Grocery shopping is designed for efficiency and convenience, leaving little room for curiosity. That’s why, when we pass by an unusual fruit or vegetable, we stop for a second, then we say to ourselves, “I’ll Google it later”, and then we never do it. So, what if we could foster more curiosity, explore other cultures through food, break the routine, and try something exotic once in a while? That’s when Plocka comes in.
